The ICS Call Centre   provides front-line user support services for staff and students. Only current university members are eligible to use the Call Centre, so you will need to have your University Card with you for identification when visiting us.

  • registration issues (passwords, accounts etc)
  • computing advice and information
  • PC/Macintosh support
  • repair and upgrade of personal computers
