ITS Access Requests

The new process to apply for ITS Access:

The User Guide -ITS Access Requests Ver 2   gives a step-by-step breakdown of the ITS Access Application process

  1. Apply online at: . Login with your LAN credentials.
  2. Fill in and submit the online form, detailing which ITS Profile is required.
  3. An automated e-mail will go through to the Line Manager, informing him/her of a new ITS Access Request. There will be a link in the e-mail pointing to the staff member’s access request.
  4. The Line Manager will click on the link in the e-mail, login to the system and either approve or reject the application (with reason for rejection).
  5. If approved, then the application will go through to the System Owner for approval. (The same process as in steps 3 and 4 will occur, but for System Owner instead of Line Manager).
  6. If System Owner approves, then an automated e-mail will go through to ICS to action the request (to the existing ITS support e-mail address:
  7. ICS will action the request and inform the staff member via e-mail of the relevant details.

Note: Only one ITS Profile per application is permitted at a time. A separate application is required for a second profile.
