Student Walk-In Centres
ICS provides student walk-in centres across all five campuses.

Services provided include:
•Resetting of Student Active Directory (AD) services (includes password reset, enable/disable student accounts)
•Student Management Services (SMS) includes (student central, online payment, access to results, apply for residence, online application, proof of registration, fees statement)
•Configuration of Student mobile devices (Laptops, Smartphones and Tablets). Includes configuration of email accounts and wireless connectivity.
•Installation of limited software (Microsoft Office365, MyUKZN App, Outlook App, SPSS, Antivirus and Endnote)
•Installation of Microsoft Windows (only NSFAS laptops)
•Troubleshooting (hardware diagnostics)
•Access control ( Authorization of access to labs)
•PCounter (printing balance, print history, loading of printing credits)

Howard College – Shepstone Level 5

Medical School – Main Building, 2nd Floor within the Student LAN

PMB – Science Building, Ground Floor, Main Campus

Westville –   L Block, situated behind Adams bookshop
