Video Conferencing is a live, visual connection between two or more people residing in separate locations for the purpose of communication.  It provides transmission of full-motion video images and high-quality audio between multiple locations.  ICS provides support by providing Video Conference venues and a staff member to schedule the conference via Codian (the bridge that connects up VC Systems).  If required, a technician may be supplied for a major event via the events coordinator.  Recording of sessions is also available upon request.
